The Cabins
Our bespoke, fully-heated wooden cabins are individually designed to add to your overall experience, and are situated only a stone’s throw away from our Gelada Baboon exhibit.
Each cabin features a double bed, bunk beds, an open-plan living space with hot drink facilities and an individual shower room, combining the perfect blend of an exciting outdoor camping adventure, with the added luxury of a cosy, warm cabin.

Arrival
Upon arrival at Wild Place Project, use our free car parking facilities and meet our friendly guest services team at the park’s main entrance. If you’d like to take full advantage of FREE ENTRY to Wild Place Project for the day, simply notify our staff upon arrival and we will keep your bags safe for you until it’s time to check into your cabin. Check-in between 3pm and 4.30pm on the scheduled day of your arrival and let the adventure begin! If you are running late please give us a call and let us know on 07716123748. Please note luggage will have to be carried to Camp Baboon, which is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the main entrance.
Check-out
After a fun-packed morning of animal encounters and a lovely continental breakfast, head back to your cabin and get ready to check out by 10am. To continue the adventure, we offer FREE ENTRY to Wild Place Project on the day of your departure, as well as FREE ENTRY to our sister site, Bristol Zoo Gardens, for that day! Simply pick up your FREE TICKETS from your pack inside your cabin, and make the most of this unforgettable, special experience.
Getting Here
Camp Baboon is located within Wild Place Project which can be found just off junction 17 of the M5 motorway in South Gloucestershire (entrance opposite Bristol Golf Club).
Our full address is: Wild Place, Blackhorse Hill, Bristol BS10 7TP.
FREE PARKING is available for the duration of your stay.
Travel by car
Heading north on M5
Exit motorway at junction 17. At the roundabout, take your first left, signposted B4055.
Continue on the B4055 for 150 yards. The Wild Place Project entrance is on your left.
Heading south on M5
Exit motorway at junction 17. There are two filter lanes on the right. Stay in the left hand side one, signposted B4055.
At the roundabout, take the third exit, signposted B4055. Continue on the B4055 for 150 yards. Wild Place Project entrance is on your left.
Travel by bus
Guests can catch the number 1, 2 and 76 buses from Central Bristol to Catbrain Lane, Cribbs Causeway.
From the bus stop, it is then a short 10-15 minute walk on a safe pedestrian route to the entrance of Wild Place Project.
